Persephone University College offers high intensity Bachelor Programs with a duration of 24 months for those without other qualifications. Students that have successfully undergone a vocational training or can proof over 3 years of professional experience and income can complete the P/UC BA Program in 16 months.

The Masters Programs P/UC offers are for students who have a Bachelor's degree or a related professional experience of at least 5 years with proof of income. Candidates with experience or even vocational training are preferred. Because a MBA applicant with 5 years experience in landscaping, event organization or portrait photography knows all about paying rent, taxes and bills, dealing with clients and customers, banks, suppliers, reputation, marketing and competition. All that is left to be assessed are the necessary academic skills to avoid an applicants time and money.

P/UC offers a PhD program in Business Administration, of 24 months in duration. Prerequisite is a master's degree in the field, or a closely related one and significant work experience. Significant means at least 5 years, with proof of income and verified achievements.

Bachelor and master's degrees show that its holder was able to learn the subject well enough to proof its comprehension in an examination. Doctorates on the other hand are for those who then research in depth in order to add to the body of knowledge of the chosen field.
